Jews for a Secular Democracy is an initiative galvanizing American Jews to defend the separation of church and state.
As Jews, we’ve benefited greatly from strong First Amendment protections of secular government. Now, as Christian nationalists seek to breach the wall of separation between church and state, and target LGBTQ, immigrant, and reproductive rights, it’s imperative that we keep religion out of government.
During July and August, we’ll be hosting an online webinar series to provide training on how to take action to defend the separation of church and state. The program begins July 14! We hope you’ll sign up below to attend our trainings and volunteer with Jews for a Secular Democracy, a pluralistic initiative of the Society for Humanistic Judaism.
